Southglenn, Castlewood and the rest
Centennial became a city in 2001, pulled together from unincorporated Arapahoe County land that included the former Southglenn and Castlewood areas. I-25 divides it roughly in half. From our base we come down I-225 and I-25, about 25 minutes.
Southglenn was built as a master-planned community by developer Jordon Perlmutter. Castlewood lies west of I-25. Dove Valley, home of the Broncos' headquarters, and Centennial Airport sit next door, just outside the city.
